The disability test for PIP must consider whether you can do the activity 'reliably' and on more than 50% of days. However, many PIP claims fail due to a lack of awareness of these rules among claimants, advisers and the DWP!

This module explains these very important rules and how to use them in your PIP2 form, at assessment and when challenging decisions.
